    This backpacker style hotel in Bukit Bintang is conveniently located near night markets, food experiences, and foot massages. The rooms are small but sufficient, with good facilities and a decent lau (Read More)ndry service. However, the soundproofing could be improved and the rooms are built to a low cost standard. Despite these issues, the staff are excellent and friendly. Guests appreciate the strategic location, comfortable beds, and helpful staff members who clean the rooms and washrooms daily.

    The location
    - check in process went ok, but the facilities was totally dark - the lockers did not work - sinks unclean - the floor did not look clean beside the sink - dark and sketchy looking hallways, small toilets. - the guys that came in our shared room started to argue with us saying we took their bed, at 4:30 AM. Thats because of lack of system. We checked out right after we wake up the first night of our stay.

    Average at best, pay a bit more and actually enjoy your stay
    Was in a spot close to the main party area
    Dirty, bad rooms, toilets and showers were disgusting, staff were rude and didnt do anything they should do at checkin like give wifi password, explain how showers work, also the door lock ran out of battery, i let them know and nothing was done for 2 days

    Highly recommended and near city centre..
    Bed is comfortable and aircon works fine. Restrooms and shower rooms are very clean. Staffs are accommodating especially when I need to extend my stay since my flight is a red eye.

    Good location and value, cramped private rooms.
    Great location. Filter water available for free.
    I could smell mild sewage in the hallway and occasionally in my room. Think they had a plumbing issue. The room (private queen) was very cramped. But given the cost and location I would have been fine with everything, but the sewage smell was unpleasant. I'm sure they'll get that fixed.

    Great location, only a 7/8 minute walk to Pavilion mall, the popular bar street. The hotel is near to a lot of restaurants.
    not very friendly staff guy. a room super small for 2 people. not worth for the price compare to my stay in Singapore.

    Overall its good and value for money.
    It has a 3 pin plug and 2 usb charge point, a reading lamp and curtain for privacy.
    Theres water disruption on the day before I checkout. I have to go to the other room to take bath.
