    I liked the view from the hostel, the behaviour of the staff and cleanliness.
    Although the stay was good, some facilities needs to be improved. A room heater is provided with an extra cost (300 per night) which should be provided free of cost in winter, as it is a basic necessity. The bathroom heater should be connected to the washbasin as well as with the jet spray, so that people don't feel freezing cold water at night while washing their face or in the toilet.

    The ambience was great. Met some amazing people and became friends and travel partner .The staffs were nice. Food was good. Value for money.
    Everything was good for me. Only one suggestion,I felt there should be extra hangers in the washroom.

    The room was spacious and comfortable.
    The location is horrible and has a very shady looking access. The staff is the rudest I've ever encountered in any hotel. They demand full payment when you make the booking and when service worth the money is demanded, the lady actually said "if you don't like it, you can leave". The room does not have geyser if you're keen on a hot water bath. You have to call the reception to request for hot water. Used towels of the previous occupant were still in our room when we checked in. Pathetic customer service. There are plenty of good, comfortable and polite hotels in Darjeeling that one can choose from. This is definitely not one of them.

    The view to remember
    the view from the room and dining is very beautiful especially at night.. staff are really good and helpful.. i think they take pride in helping their customers.. this place is a gem..i loved staying at this hostel
