Overall good. Value for money.

Good location. Close to University of NSW Close to Randwick. Convenient public transport to Sydney City

Cleanliness of furniture and fixtures. Needed to have a chair replaced and a clock needed a new battery and the remote control wasn't clean. The kitchen facility is a small refrigerator and a microwave - not really a kitchen.

Great room and location

Room was great and the check-in lady was friendly and competent. The bathroom was fantastic too.

The corridors had a bit of a rabbit warren feel but I soon got used to them.

Very well presented period property, door locks with code very easy to use, friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed. Good location.

Proximity to hospital

Blanket was disintegrating and the bed sheets were covered with fibres from the blanket. Questioned if the sheets were used. Looked terrible
