Staff were friendly however the rooms were very underwhelming so we did not spend much time there.

The foyer was clean and appealing. The owner when we arrived was very helpful and accommodating. The communal bathroom was also kept clean.

Bed was small, dust and spiderwebs on walls in room. The room was very basic and not appealing at all, could not even close our room door properly. The smell outside of the room at night constantly smelt of marijuana which was not good for my child.

Very well situated in the heart of Sydney

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child but was given a room for 2 only. When I asked they told me they will provide a mattress which they never provided. The room was too small for an additional mattress

They charged me twice. They refunded the money but it took 4 days to clear, leaving me short changed. They had to call several times to change the door code because of their bookings changing. Staff was rude and argued with me

For the budget, it was really good. Washrooms were shared, but very clean. It was a really good stay.

If they could add air conditioning to the room, it would be really good. In the summer, it was bit hard to stay with just a fan.

Organised check in time between 7:00 and 7:30pm and office shuts at 8:00pm. Arrived at 7:20 and no staff were around. Waited over an hour calling the contact number. Didnt hear anything until 8:40pm and staff didnt apologise for the inconvenience. The whole process was stressful.
