Poor

Since we were not getting any rooms on that day , we have booked here. For emergency purposes only

Break fast was Ok. They didn't provide a simple Banana, even after the request. Dinner was good.

Cleanliness is poor - very very shabby - washroom, lift, etc. Not the value, for the money charged. Staff didn't want to listen for this

Very poor

Booked for my colleague. It is mentioned as 3 star hotel, but rooms are like in an old lodge. There was no wifi. After calling multiple times wifi was provided. No mineral water bottle.

Do not trust this place with your booking. They may give it to someone else and leave you stranded.

The booked property did not inform me they were full. I landed at 12.30am in the morning and my confirmed booking was given to someone else. I did not like it. You travel from a different place and then don't get a room. That's sad.
