The room was very clean & comfy.

The food in the sports bar was unbearably salty, both the pasta & the breakfast potatoes were too salty. There's a great staff there but I personally won't be coming back to that hotel. I just want you to know to help future customers.

Great experience

Considering we were there for ChosenCon and the amount of people they accommodated everything went smoothly and felt safe! Beautiful hotel! Expensive but were willing to help with conference prices and was appreciated. Front desk for the most part was friendly. Only complaint was meals provided were not what we expected.

I didnt like that at 9 the housekeepers went to knock on the door, and they charged me extra for parking when I paid va

The property is very nice, there were a lot of people walking around I think there was a party, but it is expected for a place like that

Disappointing. Do not recommend!

Nice appearing facility

When we arrived to check in, the lady at the desk stated she had no rooms to give us for our reservation. Then she found one. It was on the 18th floor and construction started at 0730 the next morning. They were also replacing the carpet and the smell from the new carpet gave us headaches. We were never told there was construction or we would have not stayed there. We were there to celebrate a birthday and never get a night out, being parents to young kids. It was such an expensive room and we left tired and extremely disappointed. We stood in line at check out to speak to a manger but the check out lines were long due to a convention ending the same day and hundreds of people checking out at the same time.

Lazy River / Pool Area Food was excellent Very pretty hotel Clean

Poor water pressure in bathroom. Although food was delicious, extremely expensive food. The price of the food at the pool area was outrageous.
