Wouldnt stay here next time

Location is not super but generally good if taking public transport is preferred

The kitchen and bar stuff were not nice. My son has bad allergic reaction to something in the bed

Being lied to about my refund really ruined my trip.

I was told I would be charged to my debit card at the desk and when Affirms payment went through. To go to the front desk for assistance on a refund. When checking out they told me it wasnt possible. Now the money is removed from my debit card AND I have monthly payments through affirm. So I have to pay the Hotel twice? I need this fixed ASAP!

Disappointing

So expensive without much offering

Staff was great

I was charged extra tax fees after the fact and never notified that would happen. No free wifi. Parking is non existent unless you essentially pay for another room- that should have been stated and I could have been let know the parking garage closes over the weekend and that my car would be stuck in there

Wont be staying again

There was no self parking only valet, the valet costed $50 and there was no choice but to use valet. Street parking was impossible to find anywhere near the hotel. The elevator used the room key in order to go up so for food deliveries I had to go down stairs
