Lovely hotel - we will return, but check in advance that your room will be ready if you are arriving late at night!
Location is perfect to discover Colombo. Our room was on the 16th floor and the views were fantastic. Breakfast was brilliant. Literally everything you could think of.
Air conditioning in restaurants and lobby is too cold. We arrived at 11:30pm and our room wasnt ready! Not ideal when wed had a full day of travelling. We eventually got into our room at 12:30am this really wasnt good!

Its really not a 5 star hotel as sold on booking.com
Location.
Smelly carpet, old broken tiles inside the bathroom, damp like smell from the room.

Best breakfast ever. Staff incredibly attentive and friendly. Beds are amazing. Location perfect to the old part and nice clustered restaurants.
Customer care out of this world.
To make the 9,999 a 10: move the swimmingpool to the roof for better views ;-)
The service is so good, the breakfast so great and beds so comfortable, that other hotels after your stay will feel mwah ;-p
