Clean room and good location. Paying extra to park and $18 each for breakfast were the downside.

Location was good and the staff was friendly.

Parking and breakfast should be included with the cost of the room.

Extremely disappointed about this Hotel. Never experienced anything like this before, not in Europe, not in the USA. The Hotel itself is fine (rooms, location). Payment process was terrible for me. I arrived at night, but said the day before that I would come later. Then there was a mistake at the front desk (apologies followed the following day, so it wasn't a problem for me), which meant that an additional reservation (then 2 days instead of the planned 1 day) was booked. The following morning this (from Hotel wrong booked additional) reservation was deleted again and an apology was made (that was OK for me too). Nevertheless, I have now been charged twice on the account. Once with a higher amount than in the previous official email from the hotel (they then said that there were taxes, but in the official email from the hotel they said it was the total price incl. taxes and fees). Also second booking which is probably related to booking.com and the deleted reservation. Despite apologizing at the front desk the next day with the information that a mistake had happened during the night check in, I now not only pay more than announced in the official email but also twice (as of now). Hotel doesn't help here at all, maybe booking.com. Since I will be in Columbia several times for professional reasons (at least once a month), they could have had an additional customer. But because of this chaos in the payment process, I will absolutely avoid Hilton Columbia.

Good

I would have appreciated a friendlier experience but overall the room and stay were both good.

The most convenient thing about my stay was the location and parking. Our room was very clean an comfortable.

In our room the coffee maker, fridge, and shower were slightly dirty. I did find the staff when I checked in to be a bit rude but the woman who checked us out was very nice.

The location was the only reason for the booking; otherwise, I would have stayed elsewhere!

For the price I paid/night @ this HH & being a HH rewards club member, a full breakfast should have been included in the price/night!

Its ok. Not my top 3 places to stay in Columbia.

Close to restaurants.

Its old. Needs renovations. Rooms very dark. Horrible lighting. Pool cushions filthy. Pool cold. Charges valet $$ but closes 11pm.:/ awful to charge that much & no one to park your car after a long Saturday & USC football game. Front desk tells u to go park it in parking garage.
