Extremely disappointed about this Hotel. Never experienced anything like this before, not in Europe, not in the USA. The Hotel itself is fine (rooms, location). Payment process was terrible for me. I arrived at night, but said the day before that I would come later. Then there was a mistake at the front desk (apologies followed the following day, so it wasn't a problem for me), which meant that an additional reservation (then 2 days instead of the planned 1 day) was booked. The following morning this (from Hotel wrong booked additional) reservation was deleted again and an apology was made (that was OK for me too). Nevertheless, I have now been charged twice on the account. Once with a higher amount than in the previous official email from the hotel (they then said that there were taxes, but in the official email from the hotel they said it was the total price incl. taxes and fees). Also second booking which is probably related to booking.com and the deleted reservation. Despite apologizing at the front desk the next day with the information that a mistake had happened during the night check in, I now not only pay more than announced in the official email but also twice (as of now). Hotel doesn't help here at all, maybe booking.com. Since I will be in Columbia several times for professional reasons (at least once a month), they could have had an additional customer. But because of this chaos in the payment process, I will absolutely avoid Hilton Columbia.
