    Clean, friendly and helpful staff.
    Not like is too strong, but accessing room service was a bit klunky but reception were super helpful and got everything sorted.

    Very efficient check-in and checkout. All staff friendly.
    Noisy air heating in 124, had to turn it off to sleep, so room was on the cool side at night. Paying for parking is absurd.

    We used to come here annually and it was special. You lost that touch. We are going elsewhere now
    You start charging parking for residents and took away the children play area. Plus, bar service was very slow. Took 40 mins to get our food order which people after us got theirs. You used to make Christmas special for the kids. Thats gone now too

    Straight forward, no stress stay and the family were happy!
    The room was great for the family and the kids liked the pool and breakfast. Great location for our visit to the area. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

    So amazing nothing to subtract
    Lovely staff at the reception however waiters there was a young boy he needs more practice when picking plates when people finish eating ,then there was A GREAT OLD MAN who knows what hes doing honestly l salute him he is so lovely and knows his job he looks Indian he is amazing

    - [ ] Straight forward check-in - [ ] Amazing customer service at the restaurant: quick, polite, accommodating to your needs - [ ] Breakfast unexpectedly rich with variety of options for any type of diet, good quality of ingredients, proper coffee machine with the Italian brand of coffee! - [ ] Cutleries are like in a proper restaurant - [ ] Very kids friendly. I was without children, but next time - would choose this hotel, just for this reason alone
