    This downtown Hilton hotel is conveniently located next to the convention center. However, the hotel is in need of updates, with worn-out furniture and outdated decor. The rooms are spacious but the (Read More)bathrooms are small. Despite this, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The service is decent but not outstanding. Overall, it is a decent choice for those attending events at the convention center or needing to stay downtown.

    Proximity to Embassy Theatre is amazing. Waitress was very friendly and competent. Beds are comfortable. Room was very clean.
    No door over bathroom so could have a light on in there at night. Bathrooms are very weird here. Front desk staff wasnt very friendly.

    It was extremely nice and convenient, and the staff was kind and helpful.
    It was the nicest place I have stayed at, and I didn't have to leave to get to my booth at the comic con. Parking was close as well.
    A better amenities shop and a pool/hot tub area.

    Location was great for my purpose.
    The breakfast was plentiful except the gravey was very salty.
    I'm a disabled veteran and it should have been obvious to all, the lady at the front desk said she'd upgrade us but moved us to a room that to the end of the floor! After dragging our luggage from the garage was enough but to add insult to injury was too much. The toilet and other accommodations were like they were for little people. Mattresses were so thin that my hips and shoulders are now almost back to normal. I have to believe that the only reason that this occurred was because we are an interracial couple and and the black woman at the desk didn't appreciate the fact that I was there with my blonde haired white wife! I didn't have time to address the situation because we had a concert to attend! Couldn't even use the shower because of low height and condition of the bathroom. I certainly expected much more from a Hilton branded property!

    A beautiful hotel with great service!!!
    The room was beautiful and amenities in the room were amazing. Thanks for a beautiful stay!
    I booked the reservation for my friend to stay and used my credit card to pay but when I tried to check him in, they wouldn't let me because room was under his name. If my name is on the credit card then it shouldn't have been an issue for me to check him in. When booking the reservation, they asked how many people will be in the room and I answered 2 but they only took his name down. Could have saved us some time if my info would have been on there also.
