Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, bright and sufficiently roomy. As a wheelchair user I appreciated the fact that I was contacted when booking offering a change to a wheelchair accessible room (which I rejected because we wanted twin beds).

We felt the staff, though efficient and courteous, were not particularly interested in the clients. Does the Hilton value its staff? We noted that the white t-shirts which were their uniform, were poor quality, many were in need of ironing, and even coming apart at the seams. Thus most staff were less well presented than the clients. It generally felt like morale was a bit low.

The staying experience is beyond our expectation, will stay next time.

The typical Hilton staying experience. The facility is great, I went to the gym. The breakfast is great, luxury level, nice and quiet environment, the hotel is near the river bank, great for running.

The hotel is a little bit far to the train station, 15 mins walking, and the road is under construction. So if you have a lot of luggages better call a taxi.

They have work to do and frankly owe us a credit - kinda sucked

Staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean.

Location was not safe - especially for women. Each night we needed to take a taxi to/from the hotel for safety reasons. This made a budget hotel stay quite expensive. Going to the train station at night (a 8 minute walk we needed a taxi- the hotel called one. the driver drove illegally and dropped us off on the other side of the tram tracks - requiring us to drag our bags up stairs and across tracks and change us 15 for a 5 minute ride). To me this is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel not to have reliable transportation services at reasonable rates. Air control / quality: windows dont open. And room temperature controls didnt work and they had no one working to fix them. In both nights we woke up with dry suffocating hot air and had to open the room door and turn on the shower to modulate the air. In the mornings the room vents was blasted cold air. On the morning of last day they were doing construction drilling and pounding hammers and loud music in the room / floor above us.

Of course Hilton!!!

As Hilton is known for, everything is perfect, including the conditions, staff service, restaurant food, and private underground parking. The hotel fee is not cheap, but I am satisfied with the quality compared to the price. It is close to the city center and a quiet place to pass by, and there is a large supermarket and food court right across from the hotel, which is convenient. If I have the chance to go again, I will stay again. Hilton is always the right choice.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice and new hotel, close to downtown, very next to a cool food hall. Staff are very kind and super helpful.

Bathroom did have only a sliding door and the fan in the bathroom was constantly running making white noise. The breakfast that I paid extra, was cold at 7am (when they started it). The mushrooms, the scrambled eggs, the sussages were all low temperature (not completely cold) but was not pleasant to eat them. Did not complain as I was on my way to the airport.
