    Hilton got the job done, but nothing spectacular.
    The location is what makes this hotel nice. Our family events happened near Hamilton Place in Chattanooga and this hotel is right across the interstate from there.
    The "free" wi-fi came with strings attached. I don't want third parties getting my info, and I was disappointed that Hilton runs its hotels that way. We passed on the breakfast buffet because the basic continental was $10/person. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, why would I pay for breakfast that's been sitting in warming dishes? Breakfast is something that's included at Comfort Suites and Hampton Inns; it should be included at Hilton, or at least only $5. The breakfast bar cost more if you had any special order.

    Terrible service , no Housekeeping, didn't have full bottle of body wash... never came to room to make beds , clean or refill soap and towels. Had to call front desk to replenish. Loud , could here people talking 3:00 AM very disappointed for a Hilton Garden INN

    Beside the staff, our experience here was awful
    Love the staff! Very nice and extremely helpful.
    Our bed was awful, the breakfast was bland and the creamier in our room was all curdled. Could not sit comfortably in any furniture in the room.

    Great place to stay! Exceeds our expectations every time we stay here!
    We loved everything about this place! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym and pool are great! Outside seating was great too! Close to everything in town! Had a great stay!

    Is NOT pet friendly. No grass available for pets to use restroom. Additional pet rules and requirements that are not listed on the booking. Pets not allowed in lobby of hotel. Tried charging out card per night after the full amount had already been charged to our account. Will not be back
