I like that there is a starbucks in hoyel.amd i love the beds and restricted floor access for my safety

No conditioner in m.and i feel like the bathroom floor was a lil dusty to pubic hairs and dust

The location was great for our event. Very clean & the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a hole in one of the bath towels Shower pressure wasn't strong.

I enjoyed my stay!

The desk staff were really helpful. I hosted a party at the rooftop next door and Shawn at the front desk was really helpful with letting me store my decorations and belongings as I had a lot of stuff. He allowed me an extra hour for checkout so I could gather everything and watched over as I loaded my car. Great service from him. Necye was also helpful with check in.

Very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful room - comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked great (which is uncommon in hotels).

Better in-house dining options. There is no place for lunch or dinner.

Overall the room was great, parking is a nightmare and staff front desk he could be nicer.

The room and view was good for a corner king room.

The property was alright but prepare yourself to pay $95 USD for valet parking per night. No underground parking and it gets very busy at night when dropping off the car at the front of valet. And when checking in the staff was very rude when checking in 2 hrs late.

The illumination in principal room came from window and lamps there is no principal light on the roof

Horrible for $650

Location

Over I paid nearly $700 for 2 nights. No breakfast was included. The beds had food crumbs I didnt get those sheets changed until the next day. The mini fridge was broke maintenance had to come bring a new one after 9:30pm. The phone was broke I was able to make calls but it was crack open. The ice machine was out of order on the 12th floor had to go all the way to the 1st floor. What put the icing on the cake was I went to breakfast with a guest from a different hotel and the lady stopped me at the door but let the white lady and her kids in.

The location was great. Close to China Town and Navy Pier.

The rooms were quite basic and in my opinion not worth the amount of money that was charged.
