Room was comfortable and had all the amenities necessary for short stay. Staff very efficient and professional and generally kind and pleasant.
Room smaller than expected but comfortable with good amenities.

Uncomfortable bed, overpriced Christmas dinner (all restaurants except hotels are closed on Christmas Day) no choice but to eat at the hotel.

A couple days in Baile Atha Cliath.
Comfortable and clean just as you'd expect of Hilton. The breakfast was outstanding, location was ideal for our needs and the staff was both helpful and kind. Navas in the dining room and Sandra at reception stood out.
Nothing to comes to mind.

Delicious breakfast, amazing staff
The staff were all amazing! Every single person I spoke to. They're a credit to the hotel. Especially the lady on the front desk (sorry I don't know her name) who stopped my 4 year old when I took my eyes off him for a minute when checking out and he ran out the entrance! It's a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had anywhere (and kids were free!) Comfortable beds. Good location.
There's not much to complain about. The rooms are on the smaller side and whilst looked extremely clean (and otherwise were very clean) my room was quite dusty (a lot of dust in the air when closing the curtains), but this was more of an issue to me than it could be to someone else as I am asthmatic and find dust quite triggering.

Staff were brilliant. Good location. Breakfast was amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable environment.
We weren't told about having a card on file or how to handle tricky hot water system until the last day of our stay (to be fair, we didn't ask about the water until the 3rd day).
Evening menu rather limited and very few dairy/gluten free options.
'Family' room was a little small.

The breakfast was fantastic.
The bed and pillows were great.
The only thing that could've been better was more teabags, sugar, and milk.
That's only because we drink a lot of tea.
But that's not a complaint, just it would be great.
