Disappointing

It was overall ok, very dated but we had a terrible experience with the sofa bed, when we unfolded it we saw that the mattress was horribly stained, like something out of American Horror Story!!

Overpriced, mediocre stay

Front desk charged my husband's phone for him....that was above and beyond.

We almost got baked out of our room! We tried turning down heat...woke up and it was 84 in our room! Turned it down again and did nothing. They offered a room change but it was middle of the night. Brought us a fan which definitely helped. But still... I was laying in the tub trying to cool off! In December!

Big room

Hotel caught on fire from there boilers. Family had to stand outside for an hour. Boys were in pool so only had swim trunks. Daughter just got out of shower so had a towel wrapped around her hair

Wonderful stay!!

Room was clean, very nice staff, we had dinner and breakfast with our stay, both was very delicious! Pool was fun for our daughters who didn't want to get out..

The beds was a bit uncomfortable!
