    My stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff was great! And the lady in the restaurant who serves everyone is so kind a
    Ms. Eyvonne and all the other desk staff I encountered were excellent. I am an Executive Property Manager for high profile government officials in Washington, DC. They exemplified outstanding customer service.
    The shower glass was dirty.

    No hot water - the shower didnt work properly and had a leaky tap. The coffee machine didnt work. Had to change rooms. Wasnt happy nor comfortable arriving to a room having a shower with cold water after a 24 hour journey from Europe

    The shower door kept opening while I was in the shower, but I would stay there again because the hotel is great!!!

    Beautiful hotel, very convenient location, 5 minutes from the airport, really clean and big room with micro, minifridge, all the toiletries you need, not a single complaint from us

    Location
    90 degree weather and the ac did not work in our room. It was at 76 all day and night, changing the thermostat in the room did not work. The room was boiling hot I will never stay here again. Both pics are from day versus night and it didnt change even with the outside temperature barely dropping. It still did not work. Save your money and go elsewhere.
