Room is dirty Air conditioning sounds bad all the times I can hear someone steps, The soap was empty on the Lobby floor. It was dirty. The other guy who worked on last Thursday evening was unkind, he said 'I don't understand what you mean noisy. Other rooms are same.'

we went to the bar to have an evening drink; we waited 20 minutes and didn't get any service. I finally went to order for our table (4 people) in time for last call. There was no bar food or menu available.
