The reservations team and front desk staff were praised for their friendliness and efficiency. The rooms were spacious but in need of renovation, and the heating/cooling system was difficult to under (Read More)stand. Housekeeping was lacking in mopping the bathroom floor. The executive lounge had improved food selection, but the window to enjoy meals was brief. The staff at the restaurants, executive lounge, and bar were all lovely. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport with excellent service and a good breakfast. The rooms were cool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had poor staffing. The check-in/check-out process was long and could be improved. The hotel provided a free shuttle and transportation card. The Wi-Fi was spotty, but the on-site restaurant was surprisingly good. The rooms were modern and clean, with a good breakfast buffet. The hotel was convenient for those needing to be near the airport. The free shuttle service was helpful. Overall, the stay was good, with clean rooms and a convenient location. The front desk could have been better, but the airport shuttle was great for transportation. The rooms were normal and clean, with small beds. The hotel was walkable to the nearest bus stop. The food and drink prices were expensive for average quality.

Excellent venue to stay at, especially if you like plane spotting

Facilities in both rooms were excellent. The views from each room were great. So close to our final destination , it was a pleasure to stay here. We would use this hotel again.

Expensive for what you get.

The pool and sauna facilities were good.

One restraunt and the waitress was rude and took ages. The sofa bed was broken in our suite so we had the inconvenience of moving rooms in the evening, no apology!
