    excellent stay
    All of the staff are great. Everybody we met was so friendly and helpful. The reception staff were very helpful. A special mention to Gai and Tu by the swimming pool and also Arm the security guard and also the guard in the downstairs car park. The rooms were big and very clean with a great sea view. Great location also. Would definitely come back.
    people reserving sunbeds and not staying on them. every day I would go to the pool and see sunbeds with towels on them but no people there for a long time. this was very frustrating

    Great Location and Superb Swimming Pool
    The location is super duper amazing. The facilities are top notch, swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel. Kids club is good. Overall an excellent option.
    Rooms are dated and old. They are under renovation so dont book the Grand Ocean View. We were not told at the time of booking that the rooms are old. Please check before you book. Otherwise no other issues.

    Service at front desk
    Buffet. Room shabby needed refurbishing. Bathroom dirty Curtains didnt close Tv small Staff not attentive at buffet Superficial room cleaning Loungers at pool padding all torn Air con even put at coldest level didnt cool the room

    The hotel is amazing, for couples, the staff and food excellent, bed comfy and room so clean. Location for a walk out at
    Everything was lovely
    Our only criticism was the childrens club. No specific activities that didnt involve paying and under 8s have to be accompanied by an adult at all times, so even though a nice area it wasnt like other childrens clubs in other hotels! You have members of staff there and they are nice but what do they do ? Smile and make sure your wearing your socks! So we used the play area in Hua hin .

    Great time
    The staff really do make a difference. They are helpful and will go the extra mile to help you. The location is perfect too. It was our first stay there and our 5 year old son loved the pool and the slide. The mini soft play is also great for little kids
    The hotel rooms need a face lift. They are clean and we're once luxurious but they are seriously dated.
