They lost my car key and registered my car in the reservation of another room.

the parking service. We arrived at 11 am and left the car with the hotel service. We went for a walk in the city. We went back to check in at 4pm. And we left again for dinner.
After dinner we returned to the hotel and had to look for a medicine that had stayed in my car. Around 22:30 pm.
To my surprise no one from the hotel knew where my car keys were. I went looking for my car on the 8 floors of parking and didn't see it.
At almost midnight, we went to the security room to look at the hotel's cameras. And we saw that the moment my car was taken to the parking lot, the recording video was cut.
I called the Quebec police (which never showed up there) and around 1am they found out that my car was there in the parking lot, but they were registered in the reservation of another room at the hotel.
I never found out what really happened, and it wasn't just my car. A couple of friends who were traveling with us went through the problem with their car that same night.
I took my car out of the hotel parking lot and took it to a public parking lot near the hotel. And I had a bad night's sleep.

Excellent stay here and wonderful facilities
Fantastic hotel with a great lobby space and helpful staff who were most attentive. Rooms nice and comfortable very bright and airy. Brilliant games room for the teens to enjoy and breakfast was superb.

Family beside my room, kids make too much noise. Is better to have floor for single people. Room have strange noise which is come from fridge I believe. I already mentioned to their staff too.
