    We've stayed here a few times, always wonderful! Our trip to St Augustine was with family and specifically for Christmas. This hotel was beyond beautiful, it truly was amazing.

    We had a fabulous room balcony Bayfront unbelievable water view , we will for sure return to the same room. All Staff was fabulous! Restaurant was delicious!

    Enjoyable but overpriced stay.
    Location was perfect! The desk and valet staff were great.
    Housekeeping was a little spotty. The pillows were terrible- flat nothings. Room rates were overly expensive for such a minimalist room.
