    The service. Out of the 5 nights we had to beg 3 days the clean up the room. Make the beds and replace the bed sheets

    The heating system was clicking loudly in the middle of the night and was so loud it woke me up. The food in the restaurant was marginal and expensive.

    Poor, not happy, upset, angry, bad management,
    The managers lied to me. promised a full refund and they are going back on their word! Never been to Tucson and will never go there especially this hotel. Im losing over 700.00 cause of the lies and lack of understanding on the managers part
    Manager, customer service, hard to get a hold of someone/managers. Left 3 voice mails and no ones gets back to me. Very unprofessional

    Having to pay $10.00 a night for parking. Asked 3 times for a new tv remote, it wasn't working properly-never got one. Not your fault but neighbors yelling and screaming in hallway at 5:30 am
