Absolutely stunning hotel. We visit this hotel every year and the quality is always exceptional. Very clean big rooms, generous breakfasts and dinners, perfect location and quick reliable wifi. All checkboxes are ticked for us!

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Attitude too. The room was very spacious
At dinner, even water was not included and had to be paid extra. They can improve the coffee because it was not up to the level of a 5 star hotel

Not a double bed as booked
Building site outside....very noisy. Began at 07.30

Hotel is modern and very clean.
Pools and spa facilities are great.
Breakfast selection is amazing.
Possibility to rent bicycles.
Very close to shops, restaurants and beach.
No tea or coffee facilities available in the bedroom not even a bottle of water for this kind of hotel you would expect at least that.
Atmosphere in the restaurant feel a bit overwhelming due to so many people.
Personal at reception were just ok we did not feel very welcome. We have not been asked if our stay was good. No chit chat straight to the point. No discussion about what we could do in the area etc.
Maybe they are used to a certain type of clientele.

Super friendly and helpful staff, food was really delicious, very modern hotel, room was large and clean, bus stop very close to the hotel, beach 5 min by walk. I can really recommend to stay in the hotel.

overall nice stay however space for improvement for breakfast and noise reduction at night
room was very noisy not only in regards to late party guests outside but as well traffic noise due to very bad isolation of windows.
