    No hot water in the shower! They tried to fix it but didnt work. Also AC only blowing cold air but they found a eedy by giving me a heater:)

    Air conditioning blowing inly cold air and it was cold in the room! Water temperature in the shower went down next day and they couldnt fix it properly

    Lovely place to stay for visiting Hoi An or enjoying beach.
    Very nice facility in great location between the river and a beach, not far from Hoi An center. The resort also provides shuttle to Old Town of Hoi An in the morning and after lunch but taxis are always available and are not expensive. We loved this place very much.

    Hoi an beach resort
    The grounds were wonderful and very well maintained. The riverside views were memorable. The staff were eager to please and responsive. The room and bathroom were spacious.
    The bathroom in our unit was dated and the decor a little tired. Litter on the beach was a disappointment.
