Really lovely new hotel just on the edge of Old Town Hanoi. Its really a 5 star service from Sonia and her team, notably Sarah, Lily, Chloe, Victor (the friendliest man EVER!), the Chef at breakfast sorry I dont recall your name! Personally Id like to see Vietnamese names on badges, but thats a small thing.
Our room was fab, big, huge bed, very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, very new Modern and stylish with a free standing bath and separate shower. Water in the room every day and serviced every day. Laundry was also very good value and turned around quick.
Breakfast was interesting , with loads of Vietnamese and western options, and so many friendly staff all who knew our names and itineraries.
We really were looked after so so well, taxis, transfers, restaurant bookings, excursions, all sorted! Some might find that a little over bearing but it was great for us and shows they are gong the extra mile to ensure guests have the best time.
We came in rainy season which was something of a risk especially as there had been news of floods. Fortunately we werent impacted and only really had one rainy evening. It was warm if not exactly sun bathing weather, but theres lots to do so not really a place to sit by the pool all day, just when you get back in and want to relax.
We also had a lovely massage each as part of the transfer deal, unbelievable value and very good quality hot stone massage.
We highly recommend this place!
