    Faultless!
    Extremely comfortable room, brilliant location just a short walk from Hoi An ancient town centre. Staff could not have been more friendly and did not have a lift a finger during stay. Spoke very good English which we have found uncommon during our tour of Vietnam

    Lovely hotel outside the main tourist area
    The hotel was beautiful and well priced. My family is very COVID averse and prefer to eat outside. There is a lovely outdoor dining area. The staff are very helpful and polite. I appreciated that the location was about a 10 minute walk for a short cab ride to the historic area. It wasn't loud or crowded around our hotel.
    At times the staff were overly engaging, interrupting our meals/conversations or making it difficult to walk through the lobby quickly. We provided this feedback and the Manager promptly thanked us so that she could train her staff at the relatively new hotel. She also provided us with a gift for our stay.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Hoi An Delicacy Hotel and would glady come again. The breakfast was delicious and of great variation. From local soup, over to continental, or a yummy fruits or even full fledged lunch options - there was everything. We enjoyed five spa options and were in bliss. Thank you so much Rachel & Sara from the front desk and the whole spa-team. Actually, thank you everyone at the Delicacy, the whole staff was superb.
    the absolute only thing we missed, was a barista-style coffeemachine for breakfast. but we enjoyed our mornings without just the same.

    This hotel is exceptional! Great communication even before we checked in. All of the staff are 5 Star, greeted us by our names throughout our stay and made us feel like hotel straight away. Chloe and Sarah were especially wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and enormous! If you want a 5 experience you must stay here, you will pay more than the average Hoi an hotel but trust me it is worth it. Having travelled to many places this is by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel has bikes (good ones!) Dressing gowns, slippers, fridge, bath, swimming pool and sky bar. Cocktails are made beautifully. Please do not miss out on the food in the restaurant as well They do have a spa which (we didn't have time to use) but offer good discounts to guests before 12pm. There's too many good things to say about this hotel, I could go on...for our rainy 4 day visit to Hoi An this hotel bought the sunshine

    I love the feeling I experienced at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel, and the people at front desk are quite polite and patient to explain the details as we checked in and love to remind andhelp people, so I will visit the hotel with my family members again next Mar. (2024).

    What a great place to stay!
    Staff were brilliant, especially Rachel, and the room was magnificent. Pool in the courtyard is great too. Only a short walk from the centre but it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.

    Fab 5 star service hotel on edge of Old town Hoi An
    Really lovely new hotel just on the edge of Old Town Hanoi. Its really a 5 star service from Sonia and her team, notably Sarah, Lily, Chloe, Victor (the friendliest man EVER!), the Chef at breakfast sorry I dont recall your name! Personally Id like to see Vietnamese names on badges, but thats a small thing. Our room was fab, big, huge bed, very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, very new Modern and stylish with a free standing bath and separate shower. Water in the room every day and serviced every day. Laundry was also very good value and turned around quick. Breakfast was interesting , with loads of Vietnamese and western options, and so many friendly staff all who knew our names and itineraries. We really were looked after so so well, taxis, transfers, restaurant bookings, excursions, all sorted! Some might find that a little over bearing but it was great for us and shows they are gong the extra mile to ensure guests have the best time. We came in rainy season which was something of a risk especially as there had been news of floods. Fortunately we werent impacted and only really had one rainy evening. It was warm if not exactly sun bathing weather, but theres lots to do so not really a place to sit by the pool all day, just when you get back in and want to relax. We also had a lovely massage each as part of the transfer deal, unbelievable value and very good quality hot stone massage. We highly recommend this place! Thank you all!
