    My second stay here and just as enjoyable as the first, great value for money I will be back
    A great hotel in the outskirts of Hoi Ann, a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff are super friendly, the food on point and a super holiday location. In hotel massage was also fantastic
    Would love to see a wider variety of coffee at breakfast given Vietnam prides itself on coffee

    Great stay, helpful staff, great accommodation, food & facilities,
    The staff were all so helpful & nice, nothing was too much trouble & always happy to help you! Lovely bar/pool area to chill out in with a drink or snack. Lovely breakfast & also ate a few times in hotel for dinner, food was first class. Had a massage & nail manicure/colour gel & again good value & very professional service.

    Wonderful staff, great place to stay!
    The staff was wonderful, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Everything we ate in the hotel was great, especially the included breakfast. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony to sit on, and the bed was very comfy. Also I was happy about the free bikes you could borrow to ride into the Old City (10-15 min on bike which was often faster than by car). The massages we had were wonderful and reasonably priced, and the happy hour deals at the hotel bar were great!
    The air conditioning suited us because it wasn't too hot outside when we went (upper 70s Fahrenheit), however if it was very hot outside i could see how the air conditioning would struggle to keep up. Also there's limited hot water in the shower, so if you take long showers you'll run out before youre done.

    An amazing experience . Would definitely recommend this hotel
    The staff were friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed was provided with exceptional service. Breakfast was amazing . Facilities such as laundry and beauty spa treatments were available in the hotel which made it convenient
    It was a bit further away from town centre but there were shuttle bus provided

    Beautiful, convenient and brilliantly run hotel in a perfect location next to the old town.
    Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, perfect location, incredible value for money in every respect. We will make this our regular family holiday hotel. Free bicycles with childrens seats to borrow.
