Front desk staff was great.
We had a drink and appetizer and the bartender, waitress were very friendly. Good was good.
Wish the pool was open, but understand due to time of year.
Bed was not very comfortable. Could use a step to get on the bed.

Professional staff, good bar and food service, easy walk over the bridge to Vancouver restaurants
We went on an American Cruise and the boat was literally out the back door. When we got back at 9am, they gave us early check in. Staff are amazing!

We love the Holiday inn Jantzen beach! Big spacious rooms we normally get 2 queen beds. The most comfortable beds and the most delicious food in the restaurant bar and gorgeous views of the Columbia River! The only place we stay while in Portland.

Great view of the river and large, clean rooms.
The view of the river was excellent, the island area had plenty of shops and amenities nearby. I found the place to very quiet and relaxing with a nearby walk around next to the river.

Amazing place to stay alone or with a family, everything you need is here!
It is very clean and the rooms are beautiful!! The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms well stocked and clean, and the curtains wrapped around the corner so it completely blacked out the room in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful and well definitely come back.
The outside of the hotel definitely doesnt do the inside justice, it looks a bit run down from the outside but the inside is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
