The staff and location is great, the staff was very helpful and cordial.
The rooms were not very well maintained. The flooring was coming off and squeaky and the windows had a lot of moisture accumulated with a damp smell in the room.

Location and cleanliness
The suite was booked for 4 people however all amenities including beds were provided for 2 people. After lots of argument two mattresses were provided and after paying this amount 2 people had to sleep on the ground... The suite is ideally for 2 people only

Overall the stay was ok. We liked the location.
The location was good.
There was water clogging in the sink. The shower water would suddenly get hot and then warm while showering. There were no hand towels in the bathroom on the second day. Prior to arrival, no one at the front desk picked up our calls. The printer wasnt working so we didnt get our payment receipt. Didnt receive it via an email either, as promised. The facilities were not up to our expectations for the amount we paid for the room.

This time facilities were not upto the mark, We ordered Kids food and it was spoiled, Hot water was not coming properly. So overall experience was not good in comparison to what i was paying for it.

Clean room.
Checking in process took too long. Person who started the process, took a call and was on it for a long time. Two other people took over and completed the process.
Booked a room for 3 but could not fit the extra bed in the room. One person had to sleep on the mattress on the floor.

Food was ok not that great, Service was poor. Wifi was not working for the entire day, yet no one took the initiative to fix it despite telling them multiple time including in person. Ambience is dull and room is also not that good compared to similar hotels who charges around 7k for the day. No shower heads in the room which was strange. I will prefer not to stay in HolidayInn going forward.
