Potentially a good hotel, could be excellent if they improve on their services specially In room dining.
The hotel is good and the location is excellent
In room dining was pathetic. They didnt even understand their own menu. There was some work going on and we kept hearing a drilling noise in spite of asking them to stop the work and it continued till 9pm.

We liked the stay overall. Checkin was very warm and pleasant, by someone named Andrew I think. The breakfast buffet was great in spread and efficiency. The room was nice. The valet service was nice, especially by the person who handled it the day we checked in. The housekeeping was nice too, and so was the lady who was generally attending to guests the day we checked out. Overall a great experience.

Quality hotel worthy of a luxury brand
Very special property. Weve stayed at many holiday inns but this is very high end.
Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Swimming pool was lovely too
Staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for us.
