The projection of the property was very misleading

Our room was dirty and the shower products werent filled. The restaurant had specials on there menu that they didnt have all the ingredients for or ran out they said even though the restaurant didnt open until 4:00pm and we got there at 6:30pm. If youre open from 4:00-9:00 that short of period you should have enough of all your specials. Kids were running around and yelling in the restaurant dining room without the staff saying anything about it. Huge gaps at the top and bottom of the door. Several other customers that had dogs wouldnt keep them from barking all the time and there were kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming and hitting doors

Will stay again if the price is lower paid 176. Others I was with paid 146. ??

Location, size. Fire pits and also gave us goodie. Pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was very nice and enjoyed the variety of offerings and Starbucks coffeenice updates throughout the hotel and enjoyed the bar area as well.

Ridgeline needs to be more courteous with visitors or hir a concierge.

Location

Staff was not very helpful. Especially female staff. Wouldnt answer questions about the area. Asked to speak to manager twice but she never complied.

Our room was comfortable. Staff at check-in helpful and patient. The breakfast was very good. A wide variety to choose from.

The hidden amenity fee of $20 presented to me at check-in.

Great stay for the rate!

Loved the fire pits and complimentary taffy! Breakfast was better than expected.

Bikes didnt have working brakes so we werent able to use them.

Way too expensive for low grade rooms, no elevators and unfriendly staff.

Upgraded lobby felt nice and comfy.

It was like a low grade Motel that I wouldnt spend more than $100 on.
