    Center location, great facilities and nice breakfast
    The bar menu took too long and that the prices from booking were not the same that I and some other friends paid at the hotel, we were a group and we paid around 30 to 60 extra dollars each.

    Plans of a relaxing time went down the drain.
    Its very clean.
    Too many kids during my stay. Crowded swimming pool. Staff were unable to attend simple requests because they were more focused on a new year event happening simultaneously than their guests.

    Modern hotel in good location, lot of bars and restaurants around. we spent there just one night and contunue our road trip.
    Continental breakfast was poor. and dining room was small for that kind of hotel. Generally not bad.

    The hotel was clean, nice, appropriate and well located. The hotel has an indoor parking, accessible by car elevator from the back street. The check-in process was very smooth and reception staff was very polite. There is a rooftop swimming pool, bar and gym accessible to guests until late at night.
    The rooms were not soundproof and I could hear running people and shouting people on the corridors. The hotel was very big and full of many customers, but the breakfast did not provide enough food options for this amount of people. The breakfast room was very small and overcrowded. Calling outside of the hotel from reception desk even was quite difficult.

    The only plus was the maintenance guy, Javier. He was cool.
    The breakfast was filthy. AC didnt work. The frig didnt work. Stains on the furniture. Bar prices insane. Cheap soap and shampoo dispensers. Cheap room cups, paper.
