Holiday Inn Express Exceeds our Expectations. Great stay , good service, and comfortable room.
Check-in was simple and smooth. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had good space and was well appointed, great storage and counter space, and the lighting was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning had good variety and loved the hot food. This was a very comfortable stay. One we expect to repeat in the future.

Perfect stay in Eugene
Very convenient location. Great restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Everything I expect about a Holiday Inn Express: excellent free hot breakfast, large clean rooms/bathrooms, fitness room, pool, free parking and wifi, comfortable beds, very well maintained and clean facilities, friendly and professional staff.
Would love liquid creamer for the coffee in the rooms instead of powdered creamer.

For sure the shower/bathtub needs improvement in that an extra grab bar or two for the shower. And, the shower pan is not safe to stand, in a way it is too smooth. Remember there are elderly people who take showers as well.
