The staff went above and beyond to assist guests, even interrupting their lunch break to provide assistance. When we arrived at 6pm there was one visitor waiting in the lobby for an absent desk clerk. The clerk emerged from the employee lounge (down the hall) about 5 minutes after my arrival. The clerk claimed to be new and did not know how to apply my IHG Rewards number to my stay; that I would have to do that upon checkout tomorrow. When we left for dinner at 6:45pm there were three groups waiting to check in and the clerk was absent once again.
At breakfast the staff could not keep up with demand. Eggs went empty for 15 mins, coffee pot ran dry twice, as did the hot water dispenser for tea drinkers, and the trash cans over-flowed for a time.

Very clean, well-maintained. I like the fact that they had embroidered the firmness of their pillows on the pillowcases so and the pillows were great.
Internet speed was very slow and I had issues trying to stream YouTube videos

Very nice hotel with very nice management people.
I thought the breakfast was ok but we thought that it would last until 10:00 but that was only on weekends so when. we got down there for breakfast there wasn't much left.
The fact that the breakfast ended at 9:30 and not 10:00.

My new favorite place to stay in Bend!
This is my new favorite place to stay in Bend. Will definitely stay here on future trips to Bend. The hotel has only been open 3 years so everything is very fresh and clean. Has the best hot breakfast of the places I've stayed.
Only thing we didn't especially like was the pillows on the bed. They were okay, just not the style we are used to.

Decent hotel but nothing memorable about it.
Breakfast was ok. No fresh fruit available & juice dispenser wasn't working. Sausage & omelets were good.
My room was clean & comfortable. The night clerk & the breakfast attendant weren't very friendly, but the front desk guy in the morning was awesome! I realized I had forgotten something in my room and he ran up & got it for me. He also gave clear directions for finding the road I needed to be on.
Would probably stay here again.
Hotel was hard to find. Towels were awfully scratchy. Might be able to use them as sandpaper.

Not enough space at breakfast. There was an outdoor area which I'm sure would be nice if the weather was nicer. You don't really want your food to get wet by rain
