Very clean. Great location. The ladies at breakfast were so welcoming - esp Tapp! She turned what would have been a regular breakfast into a warm welcome! She made sure everything was just right with our food and really seemed to take great pride in her work

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms had the appearance of overall being clean. Location was good, with yummy restaurants, etc. in the area.
Our room had bed bugs. I woke up at 1am because I was itchy. I looked under the pillow and found a bed bug. We moved rooms and did a thorough inspection of the mattress and bed frame in the new room, meaning we didn't get to sleep again until around 3am. When we called the front desk around that time to ask for a later check out, we were told they weren't allowed to give us that. So, we had to wake up early to call the desk again in the morning to request a later check out. We were only given one extra hour. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, but they should be given more power by management to deal with extenuating circumstances. The manager wasn't present on the property when we checked out and while I was told that I'd get a call the next day, I have yet to hear from him.

We will 100% stay here any time we are in Columbia from now on. Everything was excellent.
The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and catered to my whole group's various food allergies. Staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were both surprisingly large and very clean.
I really can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only thing that wasn't absolutely perfect was the delay in the elevator doors opening when they arrived at the correct floor, but this was minor and had no effect on our stay whatsoever.

Staff is fantastic and the bed was so comfortable!
The closeness to restaurants and the venue I was going to for a concert.
The water in the shower could have been a tad bit hotter but other than that loved it
