The hotel exceeded expectations with its cleanliness, pleasant smell, and well-lit halls. Despite being located in an area that may not look good on Google Maps, guests felt safe and enjoyed the comp (Read More)limentary breakfast and parking. The service and staff were amazing, and the food was delicious with a good variety each day. While the location may not be great, it is convenient for accessing New York City. The rooms were spacious with the option of a sofa bed.

Comfortable place to stay for a night!
Friendly people and comfortable beds. Breakfast was perfect for what we needed in the morning!
Location isn't great as it's right on the side of a main road, but that was to be expected and it was easy getting in and out by car.

A good, solid hotel close to the city with free breakfast and a friendly staff.
Its a solid, standard hotel experience with a free breakfast that is decent. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
There were stains on towels, no pillows dedicated for the pull out couch, and I had to get towels to accommodate the number of people staying in the room, but it wasnt a deal breaker. Also the coffee kept running out during breakfast and the buffet was not set up in a logical manner. Plates/etc should be first, also oat meal was set up after all the condiments for the oatmeal, so people had to go backwards in the line to get all of the necessities for their oatmeal which caused delays and traffic jams of people.

I liked the room and the gym
The area is quite noisy and the isolation is bad, therefore it gets pretty loud. The breakfast is also awful.

The lady manger was very unprofessional and rude she even not capable for manger position I stayed only 1 night there and move to quality inn next to this hotel because of this unprofessional attitude i sing up for IHG rewards they gave mew members gift in-front of me and ignored me because i book online and she said we cant because you booked online staff was friendly

Breakfast was decent. Location is weird but was close to the train to the city.
Staff is unresponsive to customers request.
The automate blind in my room was not working. Someone came and checked but wasnt able to fix.
The next day I informed the staff again, they came in and took the remote and the blind still did not work. No one said a thing to us until check out. No communication between hotel staff and guests. We slept in the room without the blind covered for 2 nights.

It just doesnt feel like they care about their customers there at all
The property itself was OK.
We called down to the front desk several times to let them know that our television was not working. We were told several times that somebody was on their way up. No one ever showed to fix the television or even look at it. It just seemed like they didnt care at all. When you pay $246 for a hotel room for the night, it would be nice to simply have a TV that works.
