    Good value, but noisy
    Friendly staff, breakfast included offered good choices, less for vegerarians.
    The noise level from the street was significant and there were pipes to other people's bathrooms right next to the head of the bed (one pair of earplugs was provided as they seemed to be aware of the latter problem).

    Unfortunately we were given a room without guest bed for my son. In the morning there was no hot water throughout hotel so were unable to shower!!

    Did the job, but overpriced and uninspiring
    good location for transport (i.e. train station) but a bit of a walk from restaurants and other activity for evening meal.
    dcor tired and needs updating. bedroom smelt of cigarettes. breakfast uninspiring, particularly given the price.

    Great hotel for a couple of days stopover whilst visiting family Very friendly and helpful staff Room more than adequate shower very good Bed comfortable Position is ideal for train station and just a short walk into main town centre area or a taxi but not too far from anything really Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread as an option plus soya milk which was a serious bonus for me

    I liked the friendliness and approachability of the staff. For every question they had an answer and always presented themselves impeccably.
    The room didn't have a closet, so we had nowhere to store our clothes except for our coats and jackets.

    Good location, it is very near to the train station. Late check in even after 12am. Have parking spaces in the car park. It has most things we needed such as towels, shower gel, and shampoo, kettle with coffee and tea standing aside, free WiFi, lift. Comfy bed. Clean and tidy. Friendly member szaff. Good, plenty and variety of choices of breakfast foods and drinks. Nice sitting areas in the breakfast room. Flexible and late check in. Very friendly management. Quiet, it has thick double glazing windows and doors.
    The sink was blocked The hair dryer did not work. The room temperature was restricted to adjust by the customers to a bit higher.
