    Doubting to stay at a Holiday Inn again.
    The room was not cleaned. We had a used mask in our room that was not disposed off appropiraitely. The room did not have any hearing wokring. The bathroom was stinking

    Comfy, clean, good location, breakfast has a good selection, and in comparison to other hotels in Cheltenham, the price was reasonable.
    Only 1 (very small) working lift for a very busy hotel is quite inconvenient. The air conditioning is turned off in the winter, but the room was too hot even with the window open.

    A bit disappointing.
    Breakfast was ok. Location was good.
    Black mould in the corners of the shower tray. Outdated bathroom in general. Beds were made up to a poor standard. I needed to completely remove and redo the mattress cover and bottom sheets on both beds as ther were lumpy and scrunched up.
