Freezing pool, bath water only got look warm, beds hard. Breakfast pancake maker was broken food was low , got double charged and 5 days later the first hold payment is still in my account which should have dropped off at payment but didn't. Seemed under staffed and had to go down for our own towels. Was not pleased.

Checking in was exceptional Jake was great and the other receptionist lady. The Breakfast was Exceptional and the Hispanic lady working there was so nice and friendly. I wish I got her name. I would stay here again. Nothing but a great experience.

Once I called the front desk to bring it to their attention they fixed the problems.
The location was fabulous!!!
My couch had tears in the cushions, box elder bugs on inside window and a cup under headboard that someone used as wine glass.
