Review 1: The hotel was superb with excellent bedrooms and beds. The AC and WiFi worked well. The free breakfast area can get busy but the service from the breakfast staff was delightful. The gym had (Read More) decent machines. The location felt safe and the nearby subway network was useful. Overall, the reviewer would definitely stay here again.
Review 2: The hotel is adequate for its price and location. The service, parking, and breakfast were good. The pool and hot tub were nice. The rooms are a bit old and the showers are dated. The curtains did not prevent water from getting all over the bathroom.

I would come back to your hotel for another conference in the future
The location was wonderful. We did find a towel in bathroom on arrival on 9/30 that was left in the bathroom with blood stain on it. The maid service ladies removed it promptly from our room.
The room had a musty smell.

Clean and comfy hotel downtown, a positive experience.
The hotel is clean and confortable. It's also really well located downtown (about 20 minutes walk max from the Target Field or the US Bank Staduim). Good restaurants and bar close by.
The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. Nothing extraordinary, but generous and good.

We didnt remove our do not disturb sign til we left the room at 11:30am. We didnt return til after midnight. Our room was not cleaned. Was told housekeeping checks once and does not return. A poor policy.
