a lot of amenities.
The thing I dont like is they never have an exhaust fan in the bathrooms. They do not turn on refrigerator before you get there. They dont have laundry bags for dirty clothes.

Nice clean hotel and we had a good stay overall.
Hotel was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Need more toiletries in the bathrooms.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. I expected more from a Holiday Inn Express. Not a lot of options and the food was dry.

Nice staff. But really disappointed the hot tub did not work as the website promised
Staff was kind. Bed comfortable. Fitness center clean and not many people using, which I liked.
I specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub. Its one of the few things that helps my chronic pain. The hot tub was closed and staff did not make any reasonable attempts to make it right. I asked to be upgraded to a room with a nicer tub or jacuzzi but they said theyd have to charge extra.

That the property cancelled my reservation because they couldnt charge it in my credit card. Even though Booking says that they are the ones garantying
