This Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tempe is praised for its convenient location near a mall and restaurants. The hotel room with two queens and a sofa bed comfortably accommodated a family of si (Read More)x, and they enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options. The only complaints were an empty hand wash and missing sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, but the staff resolved these issues. The gym is small but functional. Some mentioned the noise from the busy street, but overall, guests were happy with their clean and well-appointed room, great breakfast, and helpful staff.

Great location, very close to the freeway, mall, and restaurants. The room is very clean and spacious. I like the Dove shampoo and conditioner liquid pump, same as the lotion and hand soap is a plus! The bed is comfortable. Hotel parking is easy. Friendly staff.

Very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay at another Hilton if and when we travel again. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk people were very pleasant.

Bath room was small. Toilet and bath together in a small area. The sinks located in the room not a fan of.

Highly recommend

The location by Amazon Mills and Joes Crab Shack was excellent. The room was a generous size and it was useful to have a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was acceptable with sufficient choices; it was convenient to have coffee and tea always available in the lobby and the cookies were fresh daily.

There needs to be a shaded bench or two in the driveway so that guests can wait outside for transportation.

Bed was comfy

Housekeeping wasnt very good. Soap in shower wasnt refilled. Sheets were not changed ever. Carpet was filthy.

The mini omelettes were icy cold inside so need more time in the microwave.

Bed Bugs!!! Stay AWAY!!!

Good location.

Bed bugs!!!!! IHG refuses to refund me. I have pictures and videos. This is absolutely disgusting. The amount of time and money I have spent to not bring them in my house should be paid by the hotel. I have had a severe allergic reaction to the bites. I actually saw one fall off my pajamas.
