The location of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Port Aransas/Beach Area is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a great experience. The front desk staff had littl (Read More)e interaction, but they were friendly. One reviewer mentioned their exceptional experience with Carla, who provided excellent customer service during breakfast. She was patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure the reviewer had a positive experience.

Nice clean hotel, maschines out of order no waffles, orange juce and bacon

Good location, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, receptionist helpfull and plesent

Card did not work to open room had to wait for reception to open the door and someone to fix the door , most of machines out of order, ice machine washing machine, waffles machine, no orange juce, no bacon for breakfast we had to go and buy waffles and bacon somewhere else mobile toilet in bathroom , receptionist did not say about facilities until we asked only mentioned about breakfast

We will stay at this location again.

Breakfast was well done and presentation was appealing and the food was delicious. Staff very friendly.

Good

The desk clerk who worked the day shift (Michelle?) Was rude. A lot of tings were down our coffee pot in the room didn't work. The pancake maker was broken and the test by the pool was out of order. However, the owner was there to see all was going to get fixed.

Love the pool and the location. It was also clean. We will be back next year

Overall had a nice short stay.

The proximity to the beach and eateries is great. The pool and spa we did not use, but appreciate the availability had we stayed longer.

The room was either cleaned with a product or a fragrance applied somewhere but it was very strong like a mans cologne had been spilled and it was overwhelming. We had to leave the door open with the AC on full to air it out to a tolerable level. Breakfast was ok- Did not enjoy the eggs and was hoping for some fresh fruit availability
