Superb

Pleased with the motel overall. Good service. Helpful staff.

Room was nice and clean. Plenty of room.

Breakfast was a bit slow to get the food out. It was good when it got there.

Disappointing

Good hotel but needs some upgrade and attentive staff.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Wall paper was peeling and there was mold behind it. Front desk was always away from area.

Not as expected

The staff gave toilet paper when asked for tissues. I had to go out and buy my own. The staff gave bath mats when asked for bath towels. When the bath towels were received, they werent very clean. Also, at breakfast, when food ran out, there was no one there to refill. Overall, the staff was either not available or not professional.

Easy to get to, clean rooms, as advertised. The breakfast was more than adequate for our needs.

There was a strong, almost overwhelming use of scented products in the rooms. Someone with breathing issues could have a problem staying in the rooms. Leaving before sunrise, the outside lights were all off (canopy and parking lights) leaving little light to navigate across the parking lot.

Not much

Staff is very impolite, bordering on ignorant. No light out shades in my room. Price to high. Breakfast was horrible. Bananas were rotten! Staff there was also unpleasant. This place has gone from a great place to stay to a place to stay away!!

Relaxation at the beach

Denson at reception was warm and friendly while maintaining professionalism at the same time...Kadijah in the pantry was pleasant and kept the breakfast supplies well stocked..the staff was very receptive to requests ..

MINOR SUGGESTION less sweet sugar laden cereals...coffee could be a bit stronger

Never stay in this hole again!!

The check in person was dressed like he was laying around his house, impolite. Even when I pointed out that he should be more polite he did not. Just a rude staff in general. The room had no black out shades so let the light shine in! No sleeping here!

Same as above, nothing to like in this place!
