to much money taken for such a small room they charged me 12 k and also when i visited restaurant for in room order that person told me that self service is there so u have to take plates with u in room such a third class treatment by ur staff

They charge like hell and behave like a local lodge.

There is nothing to like about the Hotel.

They have water logging problem in the washroom. Instead of repeat information, they neglected our calls. Asked to deliver the plate, bowl and cutlery, they refused to deliver them. It's a waste of money & time. They charge like hell and behave like a local lodge.

Food - The food that was served to us wasnt cooked enough Services - we checked in late and they were so concerned about clearing our food bill then and there before we could eat. The room- not enough space No provision for keeping luggage and if we order food it had to be kept on the bed.

Lift not working, bed bugs in bed, dinner is such a poor quality, pathetic breakfast..wash basin is in room only..not value for money.. charged 5k plus for every night, complete no value for moneyno amenities, floor towel, tissue missing..awful experience.
