Overall average due to low quality food , rest all was good and as expected

Breakfast Was ok, room was small, well designed based on needs for single or couple. Staff was humble, location preference

I understand there is no kitchen, food is called from outside as a pantry, hence dinner was disgusting. all cold food, less options and taste was pathetic. Food part does not match to name of Holiday Inn.

It was not that great

I liked the location

1. For basic requirements like Hair dryer comb etc we have to make even request to get it available. 2. The iron box was not available in the laundry section. I was requested to carry it to the section to use the same. 3. The breakfast spread has limited options and even the spread was not that tasty. 4. The reception staff was not that pleased with the requests made. 5. In the end all we should cope with is it's an express hotel. So definitely it won't be hospitable like others. 6. All the sofas in the breakfast area need a major revamp as nobody can sit and enjoy breakfast at the table height. As the hotel is so crowdy it is always good if you going to choose a chair than a sofa. 7. The second floor was very noisy as I could see the exit door for the staff to the stairs and housekeeping staff usually stay next to it. These small rooms like cubicles will make you hear a lot of noise which is disturbing 8. The breakfast and dinner counter is so small and the curve in the pillar is making it all difficult when it's busy in the morning. You have to stand in the queue to reach out to sambar/soups placed in that corner. All juices they were provided are packaged real brand juices only not fresh ones. I don't know if express facility means packed juices too or not!

Very poor

Mostly I was satisfied with booking reservation, but this hotel was really pathetic, highly expensive for the rate paid. Personel non-cooperative, very small room, only 1 towel for shower but hand towel not present. When asked to bring towel, the response was on the next day.

Hotel Room size is too small and not valued for tariff charged.

Braekfast menus can be cganged daily.

Room service should have been better. Help the guest on his arrival to be accompanied by the Hotel staff to settle in his room.

The location

The room size was extremely small that it doesnt fit all my luggage, The towels were not clean, there were multiple stains on the carpets that had bad smell. The coffee machine was hardly working and no enough variety for food. The night shift receptionist was not helpful and hardly speaks English, Overall the hotel was so expensive on the service that i relieved
