Exceptional

Warm, friendly Holiday Inn would be very happy to return.

The things I liked about the property was it was very welcoming, rooms very clean it has everything you need, breakfast was lovely. A special thanks to Laura for taking time to help me with my failing navigation skills, as I would normally stay in the city centre. Hopefully be back in the future thanks to all for a pleasant stay.

My only minor complaint was there was not enough evening meal choice, as its New Year, furthermore if I knew there was a microwave available I probably wouldve used that, given there was no barcode in my room I was unsure of times for meals etc my advice is ask for barcode.

Staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic. Really enjoyable.

Location was amazing. Short drive to most places, Loch Ness, Cairngorms, Inverness centre.

My son had a nose bleed in bed, and on the bedding and the bedding never got changed.

Disappointing

Be better stay if they check rooms in heaters and showers working

The location

No heating in room the heater was not working got told maintenance will come look at it but still no joy. Resulted in getting a heater from reception plus we luckily took king-size fleece blankets so the children didn't get cold. Shower was cold and no matter what temp you put it upto it still stayed cold.

Value for money, staff was excellent

Easily reachable from the city center. Very close to Retail park, accessible for shopping. Also close to bus stops for travelling zone 1, 2 etc. Interiors were looking new compared to competitors.

Carpets looks very old. Lift should be repaired. Buffet is very good but same items everyday is irritating.

Very clean, spacious room. The room is warm. Wi-fi signal is good throughout the hotel. The parking lot is right under the hotel and is very large, which was very pleasing. Very good Dove bath cosmetics, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a hairdryer, iron with ironing board, kettle and cups in the room. I didn't have enough drinking water in the room. The staff is friendly. As for breakfast, it was delicious.

Very salty omelette for breakfast. There was not enough lighting in the room
