Great location to stay in city. Very vibrant City, highly recommend.

Central and ease to see rest of city. Booked last minute to visit son at University. Room great with views over Albert Dock all lit up for Christmas. Good choice for breakfast inc in price. Staff v friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

Good value but has it's issues

Great location. Lovely view.

Creaky floors in room, corridor and laundry room next to our room. Very noisy washing machine in the laundry room next to ours. No chance of a sleep in.

Brilliant staff, facilities and breakfast

Location was amazing, the fact we could go to restaurants and coffee shops without going out in the rain was a massive plus as well.

The water temperature in our shower was either freezing or too hot - normally too hot to shower at all and the cold water was hit and miss in the sink.

Carpets were stained and chairs in bar area were dirty.nothing a deep lean couldn't fix.

A comfortable stay & would recommend

The rooms were comfortable & very clean. Staff friendly. Good location.

Not enough seating area for breakfast. It was busy & it seemed to be short staffed in the restaurant. Restaurant very small . The food wasnt filled up so had to keep waiting for them to bring more from the kitchen .
