    Disappointing.
    Very close to the airport. Clean rooms and helpful staff.
    Food was very expensive and low quality. The soundproofing on the rooms nearest the airport needs improvement. I couldnt sleep with the noise of the planes and the noise from people in the next rooms children running up and down the corridor shouting until at least 11:00pm. Just not a great experience.

    It's very close to the airport, may be this hotel closer than any other hotel. For a family of 4, rooms are a bit conjested but ok just a night stay.
    The room can have a bit more space..that anyway not possible practically.. It's alright its goof place if you want closer to airport and cheap.

    Everything was good, just consistent high standards across all areas. This hotel is really busy, being the prime hotel serving Luton airport, most people are staying just because of the access to the airport. Despite the busy hotel, the standards are kept absolutely high, and the price is good value. The staff are truly exceptional, to keep such high standards in a very demanding hotel, with continuous arrivals and departures. They were consistently polite and professional, but also friendly. Well done!

    Best sleep I have had in a month. I booked an apartment in Sheffield and the bed was horrible. Had to book a stay here before going to Malta and I had the best sleep in a month.
    Bathroom was a little too efficient...meaning it was a little too small.

    Ticks all the boxes, would consider for future trips
    The staff made it most welcoming. Always friendly and always helpful, they made our trip one to remember.
    The sleeper couch was very uncomfortable, but did the job. It's not much to complain about but it's really the only thing I can point out that I would have liked improved.
