    Good location for visiting Salford Quays. Good parking. Breakfast OK
    Room was very cold. Only form of heating was overhead unit which was very noisy and took till 3 am for the room to adequately warm up. No spare blankets or duvets.

    Conveniently positioned for the Salford Quays tram station. I shall most probably stay here again.
    I had my dog with me so could not use the dining room. The breakfast receptionist brought me my breakfast to eat in the bar where dogs are allowed
    What is not to like? The plug was missing from the wash basin in the bathroom - but I did not notice until the last day! (when I was washing up my dog's plate).

    The beds were very comfortable and the toiletries in the room were good. The TV and kettle worked well. The shower was perfect and really powerful. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was ok. The lifts worked well.
    The room was very dusty with minimal window ventilation, the little opening that was on the window didn't stay open on its own and I had to put an empty bottle in there. The toilet didn't flush well and leaked onto the floor. There was a delivery outside the room very early in the morning which woke us up. One of the plugs had been burnt out and was unusable.

    The location.
    1. The water pressure was too low, couldn't wash myself comfortably 2. I didn't have my room cleaned when I had asked for it to be cleaned. 3. Eventually when my room was cleaned, I didn't recieve any bath towels or toilet roll. When I requested for it, the staff brought 2 hand towels instead of bath towels and used the excuse that others had stolen the bath towels so there was none left. 4. I had came down for breakfast nice and early and was seated on a table for one, I laid my napkins and cutlery out and went to grab my breakfast only to find 2 people seated on my table having their breakfast and finding myself being moved into a different room to he seated away from the breakfast bar. 5. The sockets are opposite the bed so I couldn't charge my phone next to me or use my laptop in bed if I needed to be comfortable.

    Breakfast was diabolical. Got down at 9 and there was hardly anything left. Had one bacon rasher one sausage a dry roll and some yoghurt. No eggs no hashbrowns mushrooms. Kids went out for the day on an empty stomach
